APPEAL ALLOWED! This is a great example of how different Case Officers controlled by the same planning authority have a different interpretation of the National Prior Approval Class Q policy. This agricultural building is located nr the AONB in North Cornwall and whilst comparable with other successful planning applications in other areas in Cornwall the application was refused 3 times before it was overturned by the Planning Inspectorate and approved. Dave the sheep farmer is delighted with the end result and can move on in life and refocus on his flock and plans for the conversion. Watch this space! Link to project here
