BkT Architecture is a practice committed to progressive yet sensitive rural planning and architecture based in Cornwall.
We work closely with individuals and businesses on residential, commercial and community projects throughout Cornwall and Devon, and occasionally further afield.
We see our work has a sense of purpose, using a palette of modern and traditional building forms, traditions, materials and created by love of the surrounding vernaculars. Ultimately, we are problem solvers based on our clients needs.
Our story began 2012 in a converted potting shed situated within the heart of a World Heritage Site, Conservation Area and AONB; overlooking Cornwall’s North Coast. We are now working in our own purpose built studio in St Agnes with far reaching views across Cornwall with an established reputation for delivering challenging and complex projects.
Our current projects include new homes, extensions, prior approval, class Q, barn conversions, farm expansions and farm diversification amongst others.
